What are your returns & exchange policy?
Challenge the Sea accepts returns of unused games, games with missing or broken parts for a refund or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition.

How do I return an item for an exchange or refund?
Please send an email to info@challengethesea.com with a detailed message explaining the reason for the return. Returns are processed between 24-72hrs after it is received. Please ship your item/s using a secure container to the address provided to you through email.

How long do refunds/exchanges take to process?
Items to be exchanged or refunded are processed within 3-5 days after delivery. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges:
We will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your new item.
Refund:
We will email you once we have initiated the request with your original payment provider, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow your bank time to process the refund (up to 7 days). Refund process can take several days depending on your bank.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
